Troubleshooting

Common connector issues usually come from setup, authorization, or calendar permissions.

Common issues

• Official app is not available: Claude, ChatGPT, and Magicdoor app setup is coming soon.
• Authorization fails: sign in again and complete the Oggie OAuth flow.
• CLI token fails: create a fresh token from setup and run oggie auth login <token>.
• Custom MCP connector cannot be added: use https://getoggie.com/api/mcp.
• No calendars are available: connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook from setup.
• Calendar name is ambiguous: use the exact calendar ID returned by calendar_calendars_list.
• Date or time is rejected: use explicit RFC3339 timestamps with timezone offsets.
• Write fails: confirm the connection has write access and the provider calendar allows the change.
