Troubleshooting
Common connector issues usually come from setup, authorization, or calendar permissions.
Common issues
- Official app is not available: Claude, ChatGPT, and Magicdoor app setup is coming soon.
- Authorization fails: sign in again and complete the Oggie OAuth flow.
- CLI token fails: create a fresh token from setup and run
oggie auth login <token>. - Custom MCP connector cannot be added: use
https://getoggie.com/api/mcp. - No calendars are available: connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook from setup.
- Calendar name is ambiguous: use the exact calendar ID returned by
calendar_calendars_list. - Date or time is rejected: use explicit RFC3339 timestamps with timezone offsets.
- Write fails: confirm the connection has write access and the provider calendar allows the change.
